01. Are you a certified Dietitian and Diabetes educator?
Yes, I am a Master degree holder in Food Science and Nutrition. Also i have done my Diabetes Educator course from CMC, vellore.
02. Are you a certified Yoga Instructor?
Yes, i am certified from Ayush and Yoga Certification Board.
03. What kind of food will be provided in the diet plan?
Our diet plans include basic home-based food. No fat burner/cutter drinks or bottled fad supplements.
04. Once the diet is given after that how frequently will my diet change?
A new diet will be given every next week which will be based on a review of last week’s diet.
05. I have tried a lot of diets before. How promising are your diet plans?
We at nutripurna believe in feasible lifestyle changes by modifying eating patterns and habits. We believe in home cooked meals and respect your food choices. by one on one consultation we understand their basic needs and together we work to achieve their health goals. At the end of the program you can see yourself as a more fitter, confident, strong in short a complete NEW YOU.
06. How much weight can I lose in 1 month?
Weight loss results may vary from person to person because it depends on gender, age, body condition etc. It also depends on how precisely and effectively you are following your diet.
